SPS Announces New President & New VP of Sales

New appointments are key to company’s long term strategic growth plans.

Ormond Beach, Florida (January 4, 2007) SPS, a leading software company for the foodservice industry, announced the promotions of two key personnel. Ken Yontz has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer and will assume the responsibility of the day to day operation of the company. Ken has been with the company for over 15 years, most recently serving as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ken takes over the position from Joe Bendix, who will assume the role of CEO from Larry Frank. Larry Frank, the principal owner and founder of SPS, will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. Keitt Moore, who has been with SPS for 10 years heading up the company’s Product Information Management product line which includes the PROFILE® database, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. Keitt will have the primary responsibility of managing the sales for all of the company’s product lines.

The OASYS products are installed at several foodservice distributor organizations, and new installations are planned for 2007. “The initial reception of these new products by the industry has been very positive, and we are making these organizational changes to be able to meet the demands of our customers for these new products, while providing a high level of quality and service” explained Bendix.
